Our Requirements

Sites

We are seeking land and buildings for redevelopment – sites with development potential for higher value planning uses in urban areas and ideally in prominent locations on or adjacent to major arterial routes:
 
  • 1-5 Acres
  • 20,000 population within a 5 mile radius
  • Brownfield or greenfield
  • Good transportation links

Partnership

We encourage a partnership approach in all projects we take forward.  Working with existing landowners on a subject to planning basis and/or unconditional purchases where land values need to be realised quickly.

Joint ventures

We are happy to work in partnership with:
 
  • Landowners – in individual residential situations or adjacent properties
  • Corporates & local authorities – on individual or portfolio appraisals
  • Housebuilders On – s106 obligations for district centre and non-C3 uses, or where C3 planning becomes compromised
 
The Reiden team will manage all technical due diligence pre-exchange and the planning process throughout. We will engage with end users upfront or early in the process.
