Will Rees MRICS

Will is a Chartered Surveyor, with a wealth of experience in delivering property developments from site finding and acquisition, through the full planning process to completed schemes. He has delivered projects involving Costco Wholesale, ASDA Stores, Waitrose, Metropolitan Housing Association, the Chubb Pension Fund, Barchester Healthcare and Care Concern Group amongst others. In his previous role as a development director at Frontier Estates, Will led the planning and development processes for projects he sourced (both on and off market), including through to practical completion and/or onward sale of the completed investment.

Kamlesh Parmar

Kamlesh is a qualified solicitor with over a decade of experience as a corporate finance lawyer at international law firm Hammonds (now Squire Patton Boggs), leaving that firm a partner in 2006 to work with investors to drive growth businesses. With a track record (in both publicly listed and private companies) of board level leadership and governance roles in a number of highly regulated business sectors across the UK, Europe and the USA, Kamlesh is well versed in what it takes to manage stakeholder interests in a business, drive projects to fruition and deliver commercial returns for investors.
